Baileys Diesel Fuel Injection, in conjunction with a related company, Innovative Test Equipment, have developed a world-first test bench designed to ISO standards for testing and calibrating large single cylinder diesel fuel pumps from 15 mm to 35 mm plunger size and deliveries up to 12,500 mm3 per injection.
The ITE 2000 test bench emulates actual engine operating conditions so that large single cylinder diesel fuel pumps can be consistently and accurately tested and calibrated after assembly raising the standards - without compromise.
The ITE 2000 test bench has been designed and independently assessed and tested to deliver the same standards of dynamic stability and accurate measurement of fuel deliveries as set down in the ISO standards for smaller automotive and industrial fuel pumps. Assessment has shown the ITE 2000 to comply with or exceed all of the parameters set down in the standards.
